Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  2. Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into a silicone muffin or cupcake mold.

  3. Use the back of the spoon to coat the sides and bottom evenly.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until set.
